( NEW) Tuesday Morning Pottery

This is a (NEW) Morning Day Class is for the new to pottery and our returning students.  We have added a 1/2 hour practice time to class then we will work as a small group or individuals using basic techniques & the wheel with demonstrations. Tammy is teaching this NEW morning pottery wheel class.

• This Pottery Class session we will limit our classes to 8 people who are
• I strongly believe in the protocol with the handling the spread COVID-19. and we will adhere to CDC protocol.

A pottery wheel workshop that allows you to explore the aspects of functional pottery. As a newer potter you will learn threw demos on bowls, mugs, vases and more wheel work. We will work as a small group creating clay art objects and pots using the potter’s wheel and basic techniques for pottery construction. The group will have wheel time and demonstrations. Tuesday Morning Potters will also explore our studio’s Stoneware Glazing to finish your pottery creations. On average you can expect to make 5 to 10 pots .

Returning students will have additional demo time in their all inclusive class. (New Student Class & Materials) Includes class time, personal shelf, tools, glazes, and firings.   Clay bag of clay can be purchased for a fee. Please plan to attend all 6 weeks as pottery wheel pots are a progression. Pottery process and studio scheduling dose not allow for makeups. Includes class time, personal shelf, tools, glazes, and firings.

Time 10:00am – 1:00 pm.
