Due to limited capacity and high demand, cancellations must be confirmed three weeks prior to class start date so we can fill the empty space. Refunds will not be given after that. 
Your understanding is greatly appreciated as we are a small business. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Artyard Studio will retain a $27 processing fee for all refunds on Classes/Camps that are held as scheduled. Tuition fees can be refunded if the student withdraws prior to three weeks before the beginning of class session, but the processing fee is not refundable. Thereafter, no refunds for a student cancellation.

There are no refunds once a class has started. No refunds or credit will be given for missed classes or workshops. No exceptions will be made. This includes absences due to unexpected events or personal circumstances such as illness.

Please plan to attend all scheduled classes. We cannot offer make-up sessions due to class size and format.

For Classes/Camps cancelled by Artyard Studio due to weather, mandated closures, or instructor illness, a make-up class will be scheduled before the end of the Class/Camp session.

For Onetime Workshops/Events cancelled by Artyard Studio due to weather, mandated closures or instructor illness, the event offering will be rescheduled and a reschedule registration code will be sent via email.

For purchases made in-person at shows, art festivals, or at our studio gallery:

• No refunds. No exceptions will be made.
• All items may be returned within 15 days for store credit, as long as they are in the same new & unused condition in which they were purchased and are accompanied by their receipt.
• After 15 days, items may not be returned or exchanged.

This policy pertains to “Try-it” Pottery Workshops, Date Nights, and Give it a Spin.

• Wear older clothes, you will get muddy (especially on the wheel) and bring a small hand towel.
• We reserve the right to cancel events if the minimum enrollment is not reached.
• We reserve the right to cancel onetime events due to inclement weather or mandated closures.
• No refunds or credits will be given prior to start of or for missed Onetime Events. This includes absences due to unexpected events or personal circumstances such as illness. No exceptions will be made. Your understanding is greatly appreciated as we are a small business.
• You may Gift your spot to a family member or friend that fits event attendee criteria. You need to phone & email contact Artyard Studio ahead of time with pertinent information about this switch within a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event, please. All policies apply to Gifted recipients and you.
• You must pick up your pottery no later than 8 weeks from Event Pickup notice. Artyard Studio is not responsible for any pottery not picked up in a timely manor.
• When your registration is confirmed, that counts as agreement to these policies. No make-up dates or refunds will be given for missed Onetime Events. Your understanding is greatly appreciated as we are a small business.
• Reschedule Registration Codes - If class is cancelled by Artyard Studio, the event will be rescheduled and a Reschedule Registration Code will be emailed to you by the studio. When your registration is confirmed for the new class, that counts as use of the Reschedule Registration Code. No make-up dates or refunds will be given for missed Onetime Events. No refunds or credit will be given prior to start of or for missed Onetime Events. No exceptions will be made.

For Onetime Workshops/Events cancelled by Artyard Studio due to weather, mandated closures or instructor illness, the event will be rescheduled and a reschedule registration code will be sent via email.

This policy pertains to summer art camps, and kid or adult class sessions.

• Full tuition (less $27 processing fee, which is non-refundable) will be returned if class is not conducted.
• Missed classes are non-refundable.
• If you withdraw from the class, 100% of tuition (less the $27 processing fee) will be refunded with notice 3 weeks prior to 1st class.
• No refunds or credit will be given if you withdraw after 21 days prior the start of a 6 week classes or camps. No exceptions will be made. Your understanding is greatly appreciated as we are a small business.
• (Payment Using Gift certificates or codes) When you registration is confirmed that counts as use of the certificate or reschedule code and no changing dates or refunds will be given for missed classes or events. No exceptions will be made.
• Studio credit will be given with a notice 3 weeks prior to 6 week workshop if spot can be filled by you 21 days prior to 6 week class or camps.
• No refunds or credit will be given for missed classes/camp days. No exceptions will be made.
• Any clay or tools left behind at the end of a class session or camp will become property of Artyard Studio.
• You must pick up your work no later than 8 weeks from the last class/camp date. Artyard Studio is not responsible for any pottery not picked up in a timely manor.
• Any work that is left at the studio more than 3 months will be disposed of.

By becoming student or parent of a student of Artyard Studio, you do hereby give your consent, assign, license, and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use your name, photographs of you and your work in all forms and media and in all manners, including composite or distorted representations, for advertising, trade, or any other lawful purposes and wave any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, that may be created in connection therewith.

Registering for a class, camp or onetime event indicates that you are of full age and have read this release and are fully familiar with its content.
